Speaking, Events & Facilitation

Most disability inclusion talks make audiences feel something for an hour and change nothing on Monday morning.

I do the opposite. My sessions are built from thirty years inside the recruitment system, lived experience as a disabled woman, and the kind of honesty most speakers avoid — naming what isn’t working, not just celebrating what is. Audiences leave with a different question to ask their own organisation, and a clearer sense of what to do about it.

What I'm asked to talk about

The Pay Gap You Haven’t Measured Yet

Mandatory disability pay gap reporting is coming. What the legislation requires, why most large employers aren’t ready, and what to do about it before 2028. Tailored for HR leaders, exec teams, and boards.

Beyond Awareness: Building Disability Confidence That Holds Under Pressure

Why awareness training doesn’t change behaviour, and what does. The systems, the manager capability, and the operational design that turn intent into outcomes. Built for people leaders and DEI teams.

Neuroinclusion in Practice

The shift from pathology to strengths-based thinking, what neurodivergent talent actually needs to thrive, and why your recruitment process is probably filtering them out before you see them. For talent acquisition, hiring managers and senior HR.

Disability, Strength and the Future of Work

Lived experience as leadership capability. The £446bn Purple Pound. Why one in four of your customers and an unknown share of your colleagues already know things your organisation doesn’t. Suited to all-staff events, leadership offsites, and inclusion days.

Confident Conversations About Adjustments

The conversation managers fear most, broken into something they can actually do. Practical, interactive, designed for line managers and HR business partners.

I also build bespoke sessions to fit a specific moment — IDPWD, Neurodiversity Celebration Week, an internal launch, a board awayday. Tell me what the moment is and I’ll tell you what would land.
