I am passionate about helping and enabling employers to have more accessible and inclusive approaches to recruitment and also helping candidates with disabilities to find their next roles, it’s what I have come to call “Recruit4good”.

I am delighted that EdenChase Associates are collaborating with their local DWP offices to help educate local employers through workshops, about the many ways in which they can become more inclusive employers and helping individuals within the local community get back into employment.
